Vegan & Spirituality

The ancient adage - Treat others as you would like to be treated is Golden.
Animals have souls and are equally important as you and I. God / universal source did not put animals here on earth for us to eat. That belief many people still hold onto is erroneous.
All creatures have divine spiritual energy. Hurting, causing harm brings that upon our self, for what we give out comes back and this universal law also applies collectively as a society, nation and world.
We have all seen on the news what's happening around the globe and cannot deny Karma ripening. All life is connected therefore, we are all responsible. Live wisely, act with kindness, be aware of ones choices.

The fatty acid profile of cocoa and dark chocolate is excellent. Nutrients include plenty of potassium, phosphorus, zinc and selenium, fibre, iron, manganese, copper, magnesium.
Dark chocolate is loaded with organic compounds that are biologically active and function as antioxidants.

Vegan foods and sweet treats are so delicious today, that, if  you didn't tell someone they were eating vegan, the chances are very high that they would not know it was vegan. The moral of the story if people would suspend their pre-conceived ideas about veganism I am very confident they would be amazingly surprised
